AMA(SA) Student Elective Grants

 

$500 grants - 6 available

 

 

The AMA(SA) provides six $500 grants to 5th year Adelaide University and 3rd year Flinders University medical students.

To be considered, applicants must be travelling to developing countries or Aboriginal communities for their elective. Alternatively, applicants may also be undertaking electives in Rural South Australia with a view to becoming a Rural Practitioner.


Applicants must be Australian citizens/permanent residents and current AMA(SA) members.

Winners will be required to produce a report on their return, which will be published in medicSA.


Applications are open from 1st July to 31st August. Application forms can be obtained from the Universities' Medical Student Societies or the AMA(SA).
