The AMA(SA) holds a range of social events for members throughout the year. Whether you are a student member, a doctor in training, a senior doctor or a retired member, there is bound to be an event or two on the horizon that will provide you with the opportunity to catch up with colleagues and have some fun.

The AMA(SA) Annual Dinner is a particular highlight each year, as is the Doctors in Training Ball. Other highlights include our traditional Golf Day, Drive Days (hosted by Adelaid Motors) and movie days.

Upcoming Events

The 2008 Golf Day will be held at Kooyonga Golf Club on Friday 31 October, with a light supper and refreshments provided.

This year's DiT Ball will be held at the National Wine Centre on Saturday 13 September at 7pm for a 7.30 start. Tickets are $55 for AMA(SA) members and $85 for non-members.

The next BMW Drive Day will be held on Saturday 30 August. This complementary members' event involves a group of 12 participants spending a day driving a selection of premium, models in the BMW range throughout the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula with Australian Motor Racing Hall of Fame inductee Allan Moffatt. The day includes lunch and a BMW demonstration.
