New workplace laws
With the introduction of
the new workplace relations laws, it is timely for members
to review
all employment documentation to ensure
compliance with the new Modern Awards and National Employment
Standards. To assist with the revision of your employment
documentation, the AMA(SA) has developed templates for ‘Letters
of Appointment’ which include a confidentiality agreement,
practice code of conduct, and job and position descriptions.
